Please complete the following two steps in order to continue with our application process: 

1)  Complete a D.I.S.C. assessment, so we can better understand your personality and behavioral strengths. You can take the test for free (courtesy of Tony Robbins) at

2) Record and upload a VIDEO cover letter to YouTube that tells us why you’re a superstar. You can record the video on your phone. We really don’t care about the video quality e.g. if the camera is shaking, what the background looks like, etc. Feel free to mark the video as “unlisted” in YouTube, that way it’s only viewable to people with a special link and not viewable to the general public.
